The American guard left the game after less than one minute of action and never came back. Pablo Laso said in press conference that his player will be out for the final Saturday.
Real Madrid will face the reigning champion, Anadolu Efes in the Final after beating Barcelona. Unfortunately, they will have to play without Nigel Williams-Goss, who injured is ankle during the semifinal.
“It didn’t change the game plan that much because I think other players stepped up and covered his position. But it is true losing an important player that quick always hurts. For sure, he is out tomorrow. The injury is related to his ankle, and we probably have to make tests when we come back to Madrid and see how long the injury is going to be.”

This unavailability might force Pablo Laso to give some playing time to young guy Juan Nunez or Thomas Heurtel for the championship game. The 33 years old point guard has not played since early April. Their opponent will be deprived of Krunoslav Simon. The Croatian has been ruled out for the reminder of the Final Four, as he didn’t play the semifinal against Olympiakos.
