The Serbian point guard took a hit during the second quarter of the semifinal against Olympiakos. Micic has been very reassuring about his injury after further examinations.
Vasilije Micic knocked down the game-winning shot to give the lead with only 0.2 seconds remaining on the clock against Olympiakos. However, the star point guard struggled from the field last night, shooting 5/16. Before his clutch shot, Anadolu Efes missed nine three-pointers in a row, four of them were by Micic. He flirted with a double-double, finishing the game with 15 points and 9 dimes.
“I got hit in the second quarter as you all saw. I played until the end and I found a way to contribute and be involved all game long. For today, we will see but I think it’s not that serious.

Anadolu Efes will face Real Madrid in the final. Micic finished with 29 points, 3 rebounds and 6 assists the last time they faced Los Blancos. It was the last game of the regular season in Euroleague, in March 22nd.
