After the disappointment against Real Madrid in the semifinal, Barcelona bounced back to take third place in the Euroleague.
Following the lead of their Spanish star, Barcelona took the best of Olympiakos (84-74) in the Euroleague Third Place Game. Mirotic finished the game with 19 points (7/10 2PT, 1/1 3PT, 2/3 FT), 4 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals. He scored 15 of his 19 points in the second half. Despite the loss, Sasha Vezenkov recorded a huge double-double for Olympiakos, with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Barcelona supporting cast did a good job to support Mirotic. Nick Calathes flirted with the triple-double, recording 9 points, 8 rebounds and a season-high 13 assists. Sertac Sanli scored 16 points in only 9 shots (3/5 2PT, 3/4 3PT).
