Bulgarian Sasha Vezenkov (2.06m, 27), a winger from Olympiakos, was voted Euroleague MVP of the month for November.
Vezenkov posted an average rating (PIR) of 29.4 for the period, 10.0 higher than the next player in the competition. His 19 points per game average for the month came on a remarkable 68.5 percent two-point shooting and 91.3 percent free throw shooting. He also posted 7.8 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.8 steals in five games. His efforts helped Olympiakos post 3 wins in 5 games in November, putting the Reds among a group of four teams tied for second place with 7-3 recods.
The Bulgarian finished the month of November atop several statistical categories. He was first in scoring (27.8), rebounding (8.7) and defensive rebounding (6.7), while being second in scoring (20.1).
Thursday night against Alba Berlin, Olympiakos winger Sasha Vezenkov made a rare performance by scoring 24 points, including 18 in the game. All without taking the least dribble of the game.
